BoosterHub is a software company founded in 2021 alongside my mother, Robin Eissler. It is designed to help non-profit volunteers save time and money. Currently, we have around 500 non-profits across the United States using the platform to streamline their operations.

While I started as the Head of Sales and Business Development, building our initial customer base, I have expanded to a software development position as my technology interest has grown.
I began working with UI/UX, designing app layouts and platform pages. As I became more familiar Laravel, I began completing various smaller tasks before moving on to large projects.
Currently, I am working as a part-time Full Stack Developer. Our goal for this year is to expand our customer base, improve the quality and speed of the platform, and increase the scalability of the software.
Specific projects within BoosterHub that I have completed:
- Building an internal customer support and ticketing system from scratch
- Building Import/Export capability for the calendar module from scratch, syncing with Apple and Google calendars
- Peer-to-peer fundraiser notifications
- Enhancing the internal calendar with formatting updates
- Displaying volunteered events on the calendar
- Designing and building an internal “Scoreboard” that generates a live report with current revenue for selected time periods
- Accounting reports loading speed improvements and formatting
